As I often do, I stopped at my favorite Thrift Shop last week after getting my hair done. I scored some great stuff including this vintage screen door that you can see squeezed into the back of my SUV. 
Brooks just shakes his head and politely helps unload when I bring home a truck full of stuff like this. Last year, I brought home this old metal spool and made it into a table. 
LOVE IT!!
So, Brooks took it upon himself to spend last Saturday retro fitting this screen door to fit our door.
He had to add an extra 2×4 to close the gap. He also painted the door with Sherwin Williams -6213 Halcyon Green.
The piece de resistance? He spray painted this stencil from Maison de Stencils on the screen.
TOTALLY his idea. I LOVE it. Bye, bye bugs!!! What do you think?
